Why I cook
I love to cook as it is so fun to mix things together and then have somthing in which some out that looks amzing on the other side. this is one of the mos rewarding things ever. i have made manything in my life time anything from tarttaains (will no be spelled wright but it is the thing with pastry on the bottom then apples cut and layerd on top cover in melted sugar) to birthday cakes to sunday roasts to anyting elses i can think of. I love to use bbc good foods as it has the best and simplist to follow recipes and they have a lot of photos you can follow along with. i also make a lot of christmas cakes coverd in lodes of brandy just as theu should be. I am always trying to learn new things to cook and bake and i ove to lurn new things. i have also made stuff like laval cake which is a rather hard and annoying thing to make. i have had a cook through one and one that ended up like fondue. i also have made a stem toffy cake this was one of my best ever things i made as i was extremlu light and fuffy and moist which was so nice to eat and i was one of my family faviot the really enjoyed it comparerd to some of the thing i have made which have completely fails and tasted discusting and where not made well like a lemon merigan which did not ferm up at all.
